Please read our PMU DISQUALIFICATION LIST and STUDIO POLICIES before making your appointment. 

Anyone with the following conditions below are NOT ALLOWED to receive permanent makeup services:

• Currently pregnant or breastfeeding
• Under 18 years of age
• Diabetes
• Active skin cancer in the treatment area
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Recent radiation or chemotherapy
• Transmittable blood conditions (e.g., Hepatitis or HIV)
• Skin diseases such as eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area
• Shingles within the last six months
• Hemophilia
• Healing skin disorders
• Thyroid disorders
• Hypertension or high blood pressure
• Taking blood-thinning medication

Conditions Requiring a Doctor’s Note

If you have any of the following conditions, you will need to provide a doctor’s note clearing you for the tattoo procedure:

• Please email the doctor’s note to: focusbeautyandbrows@gmail.com at least 10 days before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit.

It is crucial that you do not neglect this list. Having any of the following conditions makes you an unsuitable client. We will refuse service and you will lose your deposit.
